Seven stages. Evidence at every step.
An engagement starts with a clear question, preserves the evidence behind each finding, and returns to the same measurement after a change.
This is the intended service workflow. This website presents the planned method and sample reporting. Public intake is not open yet. Engine monitoring, automated audits and email delivery are not connected. Sample figures demonstrate a format; they are not results.
- 01
Readiness request
Begin with the company domain and the question the audit should answer. Separate a request for measurement from the completed measurement itself.
Output: An intake record and a clearly stated scope.
- 02
Agree what is measured
Confirm the brand, category, competitors and questions before collecting evidence. Record which engines and collection conditions will be used.
Output: An agreed scope and draft prompt panel.
- 03
Lock the panel and preserve a baseline
Keep a versioned copy of the prompts and record collection dates, sources and methodology. A later change to the panel starts a new comparison period.
Output: A baseline with traceable evidence, when a real collection has been completed.
- 04
Walk through the findings
Review technical access, content quotability, off-site authority and measured visibility separately. Leave missing dimensions unmeasured; do not manufacture a composite.
Output: Findings with sources, limitations and a proposed fix path.
- 05
Choose what gets fixed
Review the recommendations and decide which changes belong in scope. Record the decision and the reason before work proceeds.
Output: An approved set of changes, or a documented decision to hold.
- 06
Draft and verify the fixes
Prepare content and technical artifacts for review. Check each draft against the approved scope and its underlying evidence. Publication is a separate action.
Output: Reviewed drafts and verification notes.
- 07
Measure again
After an approved change is implemented, collect a comparable reading against the preserved panel. Treat delays, failed collections and missing evidence explicitly.
Output: A new evidence record and a comparison only where the method and provenance match.
Stages 01–04 establish the initial evidence. Stages 05–07 form a review and measurement loop. Re-baseline explicitly when the agreed scope or methodology changes.
